Policies and Procedures

Knowle’s club mission is to introduce players to the game of hockey, developing skills according to the aptitude and ability of each individual within a friendly and supportive environment. The Club aims to encourage a spirit of healthy competitiveness, providing opportunities for excellence whilst developing an enthusiasm for the game of hockey and the fun to be derived from it as widely as possible.

In order to do this successfully, we are affiliated to the West Clubs Women’s Hockey League and to the sport governing body, England Hockey. This affiliation means that the club and all it’s members, volunteers and supporters agree to abide by the Club Code of Conduct, England Hockey Board Equality Policy and Safe-D Hockey Club Safeguarding and Protecting Young People Commitment.
